Welcome to the DC-8 Project. We, a Team of three Retro-Aircraft-Fans, wanna provide something, that is still missing in the Flight Sim Community. A fully functional DC-8. This unique jet, isn't that often featured in the community. And what really lacks, is a good panel. So we decided to create this. The Panel is based on photograps of a DC-8-20. Many thanks here to www.dc-8.de. The photos are taken from the DC-8 that is currently beeing restored at the August Euler Aviation Museum in Germany.

The goal of this DC-8 Project is, to make a fully functional 2D-Panel, as well as a a few quality repaints for Aerosim's DC-8 (Classic Freigther Package) and to enhance their Virtual Cockpit. This project is completly freework and we work on it in our freetime. Therefore we can't tell you any release date yet.

NOTE: Most of the Gauges shown in the previews are self-made. However we haven't yet made all gauges, therefore we use Gauges from the Historic Jetliners Group as placeholders, till our gauges are ready. So some gauge as the HSI and ADI are not from us, but belong to the HJG!!!
